Roebling Row is a very cool place to live if you are looking for city living without the hassles of crime and parking in Cincinnati. The building is right across the suspension bridge from Downtown Cincinnati and the stadiums (about a 10 minute walk). The apartments are huge (1200 sq. feet) and parking is included. The neighborhood is historic and has some fun bars and good restaurants within close walking distance. The rent is comparable to other apartments in the area, and you really can't beat the convenience. The property staff are really easy going, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly too.
