For someone who travels a lot and know a lot about hotels, I am very picky about where I sleep. Even without meaning to, I notice all the small things. I have to say though, this was a very quaint and cute hotel. My family and I had a good night's rest here, and the staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. more

this motel worked well for us as we were attending a dog trial and needed a place that would accomodate us with 2 large dogs. The gentleman and lady at the front desk were very nice and advised us of an excellent restaurant for dinner. They put us in an end room near a large grassy area for walking our dogs and this worked very well. more

I've known about this place for years but always stayed in a larger more expensive place when we came to the area. This visit we only needed a place for a couple of nights and I thought, what the heck--we'd give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised! The room was basic and small but tidy and clean and had everything you needed: AC, wireless, TV, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, kneenex, place to hang your clothes, even an iron! The new beds were very comfy. The ""retro"" bathroom was very tiny but sparkled. The power strip we brought came in handy as the electrical outlets were pretty full. The Management was very responsive and friendly (provided extra pillows with nice crisp cases)--the main office could have been a bit tidier (lots of clutter) but the donuts were fresh. You can't beat the price in the area. If you need a clean, basic room for a day or two, this is the place! more

Really close to wachusetts ski area. Pleasantly surprise by the warm hospitality of the hotel staff. No frill but clean spotless room and comfortable bed. Nice to see room with new LED TV, wifi was really good. Overall really good value for money. I defiantly recommended this place. more

This place doesn't look like much, but it is quiet and clean. We stayed here as my friend was doing the Fitchburg Longsjo stage race. The room was a very good value for the money and the fridge and microwave in each room is a definite plus. It also was nice having the chairs outside the room to enjoy the weather. the location was prime with regards to the race - 8 miles from 3 of the stages and 3.5 from the oad race. Its just a hop onto Rt 2. There's a great pizza place just a couple of miles north on 140, which made this location a definite winner! more

Stayed here in April. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and the bathrooms were nice. Perfect for what we needed. The hotel rate was very reasonable considering the quality of the room . The help at the front desk were great. They went above and beyond and I wish I remembered the one ladies name because she deserves a raise!! No complaints. more

Stayed here over thanksgiving holiday. Was worried that the room would be cold since it was 20 degrees outside and the room only had a radiator. The room was toasty warm and the bed was new. The place is run by a immigrant who takes pride in their hotel. Also the place only charges $5.00 extra for the dog. The place was clean and affordable. Close to the ski area too. Would stay here again more

We enjoyed the location, the quaintness of the Rodeway Motel, the overhaul that had occurred to the room, the friendliness of staff and the DnD for breakfast. We were there for a family reunion and that motel was less than a mile from where family lives. more

Although the motel is old, it is kept clean and up to date. It's quiet and away from the traffic but still handy. The manager, Mark was friendly and very willing to help in any way needed. We stayed 3 nights and were pleased with our time there. more

The owners were extremely nice and were more than willing to see if there was anything we needed during our three day stay. It is not the Ritz (if you want a 5 star hotel, pay the 5 star prices) but it definitely met our needs. The rates were reasonable, the bed was comfortable, and the view was pretty. Our son was attending a conference in Lowell, causing us to arrive back at the hotel extremely late at night. We felt totally safe and had no reason for safety concerns at all. It was in a great location near the highway, but secluded by trees enough that traffic noise was not an issue. We did not need breakfast services, but in the lobby, donuts & coffee were provided. There are great restaurants and an amazing local grocery store nearby. more

We have stayed here while we visited wachusett mountain for skiing. This place is really close to ski area. We were pleasantly surprise by heart warming welcome by manager. From our conversation we can tell he has strive to deliver a best guest service to us. \r Place might be no frill but it was dam clean. Mattresses are so comfortable that the moment we were in bed we felt sleep. Room has flat screen TV, fridge and micro in each room. We are so impress with cleanliness of bathroom as it was spotless. Overall it was Value for money. We will sure come back. more

This is a very nice, basic motel, clean with lots of extras. Refrigerator, iron, microwave oven, and a very comfortable bed. We would certainly stay there again when we attend another wedding in that area.\r We stayed in room number 17. You can tell they make an effort to run a nice motel. They should be commended for the good job they do. more

I booked the hotel for one night. The rest of my family was staying in a place that was twice the price, which I couldn't afford. So in researching, I discovered Rodeway and took the chance. The staff was very helpful. The room clean. It's not fancy but definitely clean, fast free internet and felt safe. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept better than I have in a long time. I would definitely use them again. more

This is my third time staying at this Rodeway Inn. It is one of the cheapest hotels in the area. It provides the maximum service one would expect for this low price. The room was clean. The carpet appeared to be new. The microwave and refrigerator were clean and new. The room's TV received a wide variety of cable stations (more stations than I had at a higher end hotel we stayed in later in the week). The beds were comfortable. Since the hotel is older, the owners provide an extra heater in the room, which helped warm the room right up. The owner recognized my children and I from our visit over a year ago and was extremely nice to us. more
