See they have a habit of losing hides!Sent these guys a alligator hide a yr and a half ago.They lost my original hide and still haven't replaced the one they promised me!Called today to resolve the problem,and the owner of the store threatened he would not give my hide back if I called again!!AND HUNG UP ON ME!!HOW ARE THESE GUYS STILL IN BUISNESS?!!!!VERY!VERY! UNPROFESIONAL!! more

I have used Rocky Mountain Tanners for several years and I am happy with their service. Their custom work is good and the price is reasonable. I have had a couple vests, a coat and some mocassins made all with good results. Pros: Quality Product Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

Very poor business practice and customer service. 12/16/2008

I would never use this facility again. When we dropped off 2 hides for tanning the estimated completion date was 4 months. After 14 months, several phone calls and getting the run around, we were told that one hide was lost/damaged and the other was available for pick up. When we arrived to pick up the completed hide we were told that they didn't have either one! Very poor business practice! Would not recommend to any of my friends/family! more
