I went to Rocky Mountain Bonds at 723 S. Cascade in Colo Sprgs, Co and it was a mess. Venni took three thousand dollars, three hundred dollars from me to bond my boyfriend out. He sent someone from a different bonds agency to bond my boyfiend out . 5 days after my boyfriend was out ,we were threatned by the other bondman to find a homeowner or my boyfriend would go back to jail and the money would be returned to us by Venni.I gave Venni a check that he told me to write two days after my boyfriend got out.Check was for 200 dollars. He said he would not cash it till 4 days from that date. The other bondsman called to tell us to find a homeowner the day before the check was to be cashed. I called Venni, he pretended he didn't know anything about it. Then told us to find a homeowner.We did not know if my boyfiend was going back to jail and we would get the money back from Venni from rocky mountain bail bonds. Well while we were searching for the homeowner Venni went and cashed the check anyways and the funds were not available cause the other bondsman said my boyfriend would go to jail and the money would be given back to us. Well Venni revoked his bond and did not give us the money back or reinstate his bond.He even addmitted to not hearing back from the other bondsman and took it apon his self to cash the check without knowing.We found a homeowner the next week and Venni set a order out to have my boyfriend arrested.Not the other bondsman but Venni. Over three thousand dollars gone for a shakey bail bondsman. I believe that Venni revoked it because he did not want to give us the money back if we couldn't find a homeowner and he knew that after 10 days that he didn't have to. Then when I called him and asked what happened he cussed and yelled at me for a check that should not have been cashed until everything was settled and all parties knew what was going on.
Pros: No pro but lots of cons if you get what I mean
