READ a bunch of reviews. Decided to CALL the yard. Received all of my answers, in a documented professional \r manner. Brought my 50' x 26' Cat into the yard. No issues.\r All work by written work order and yes in the fine print a section for payment of attorneys fees to the prevailing party, very professional. This means if the yard does something wrong they will have to pay for my attorney.\r All work timely and on estimate. Less then 1/2 price of yards in Ft. Lauderdale. Well worth the travel from Ft. Lauderdale.\r I will be back for my next out of the water service.\r Friendly management.\r more

Visited with my 50' Cat 26'8"" wide. No problems. Great boat yard. All work done timely and on budget. No hidden charges. Work order language does have provision for fees to prevailing party in the event of a dispute for Atty. fees etc. I am a attorney and I liked that, means they have to follow the contract or pay for my attorney if they do something incorrect. \r Yard was packed and in my 10 days there no unhappy customers and many were repeat customers.\r I would recommend this business. more

HAD MY BOAT HAULED AND GOT SCREWED!!!!! 9/1/2011

A RIP OFF OPERATION!!!!! Had my boat hauled there and wound up getting screwed royally by the owner. He overcharges for any work performed and the quality of work by the yard is less than professional. Once he has your boat hauled, if you complain and refuse to pay the outrageous and trumped up hourly charges, he threatens to put a lien on your boat and also forces you to pay off the entire bill in cash before he will put your boat back in the water. Makes you sign a statement on each bill that states you must reimburse him for any legal suits brought against him. What does that tell you? His tire business is also a joke. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY PERIOD!!!!!!!! more

Perfect Boat Yard 8/25/2011

We had to have a emergency haul out. No extra charge. We have a Cat 26 feet wide and had no choices, only lift big enough. Yard was packed, but the owner got us in and out. We are happy. We will now come from Miami to Key Largo and not go to Ft. Lauderdale for future service. more
