One of our door openers quit working...stripped gear...and I called this garage door company (largely because of the great yelps)...SO happy I did! After speaking to John on the phone (he not only correctly diagnosed the problem but told me exactly what it would cost to fix it), I scheduled the repair. It was Steven who came out, and not only did he fix the broken opener, he checked the springs, chains, screws, bolts and adjustment on BOTH of our doors and did not ask for a penny more than the original quote. (I did tip him for the extra work, but probably not enough...) His work was excellent...friendly, polite, professional, efficient and neat...and honest! He apologized when he was interrupted with new service calls, but after seeing how well he does his job and cares for his customers, it's no wonder he's busy. If you need someone for garage door or opener service, you won't find anyone better than this garage door company..they do things right, and their prices and service cannot be beat! The tension spring broke, as they do over time, and the garage door wouldn't operate. The service technician, Alan, from this company came out promptly the same day right on time as they promised. He was very knowledgeable and explained the spring replacement process. Apparently, the original spring installed by the previous homeowner was not the proper spring. He identified the issue and installed the correct spring performing a quality job. more

From the phone call till the repair person came service was wonderful. The woman whom answered the phone was very friendly and pleasant and you got the feeling she really cared. She had someone come as soon as she could. Noel, the tech that came to the house was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and he did give you the feeling that he loved his job and you didn't feel like you didn't know anything since my repair was something very minor. This is the second time we had this service and I would tell anyone to contact this service. Thanks to everyone we had contact with. I keep the phone number on the inside of my garage. more
