Since my husband died last year I've had to depend on others to help me out when trouble comes. My washer broke in January, 2012, so I went to the phone book and called Rob's Appliance company hoping I was picking the right company. Rob, the owner came that same day and discovered the problem. I didn't have the model number when I called (I have it now), so he came back the nest day and my washer is like brand new. I was impressed how quickly, through, friendly and honest Rob was. I wasn't charged twice even though he had to come back.
Yesterday, March 1st, 2012 my dryer broke. I grabbed the phone and called Rob's Appliance again without hesitation. This time I did have the model number ready. Craig showed up that afternoon and discovered the problems. My dryer was fixed and once again the price was very reasonable, service was done with a smile and I felt totally comfortable having him in my house. I will always use Rob's Appliance and recommend them to anyone.
Thank you Rob and Craig. Also the woman that answers the phone is great to talk to. She got this panicked woman, me, laughing and smiling before we disconnected.
