A couple years ago, we booked a trip through them. Worst trip I have ever been on. The Agent we had was horrible. She did not know what she was doing! We booked a cruise to the caribbean, and I was hoping to have a good time, but it ended up being really bad. I will never book through Robinson again, next time I go on vacation, I will look elsewhere!
