Fantastic customer service - quality repairs - A+ 7/21/2009

I took my 2004 Ford Thunderbird to the garage because I thought I might need new front brake pads. I also needed an oil change and a tire rotation. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Keith (owner) who could not have been nicer. He instructed me on the best package for the price. Several hours later, he called me to let me know that I, in fact, did NOT need new brake pads but new brake FLUID (a much cheaper service). Other than that, he said the car was in excellent shape. You can definitely trust Keith and his crew. Pros: Customer service, warranty, free ride, AAA discounts Cons: Can get busy in the morning more

Great customer service 2/4/2008

I had called for a price quote for a 60k service on a 2004 Subaru STI. The quote was actually less or comparable to other garages that I had called. They were knowldegable and able to tell me what was going to be done to the car and what was going to be replaced. I dropped my car off and they asked if I needed to be dropped off anywhere, which was a pleasant surprise. They called me later in the day to give me an update on the car and to advise that I should change my drive belt, which i declined. Overall, great customer service, easy, price was comparable, and great work! Pros: customer service Cons: appoitment can book up quick more
