This spa is beautiful! I love to visit spas when i travel but never considered the spa in my own home town! I visited for a Microdermabrasion and the girl talked me into upgrading to a pumpkin peel, i can not tell you how glad i am that i listened to her!! I swear when i left it looked like i had botox! Unreal results! I cant wait to see what i look like after my whole package that i purchased! Pros: its like a fountain of youth! Cons: its hard to get an appointment on saturdays more

I received a gift certificate for Spa Bella Dia one year for Valentines Day and I loved it. So I made another appointment for my mother and I as a special mother daughter day that was so not the case. Before we went back I was asked for my credit card the girl ran it then said oh it didnt run and ran it again! So a few weeks later I get a statement and they had charged me 3 times for the one time visit it was over $1000 dollars worth of charges they had run! When i took my statement the owner said it was not her fault it was the credit card company! So i had the credit card company call her and let her know it was an error on her part and that she needed to fix. This woman actually called my house and harassed me for months after this wanting an apology for the way I acted about the entire situation. Shes crazy! Pros: massage Cons: Owner! more

I have found a true spa. I received an 1 1/2 hour massage by Courtney and it was definitley what my stressed out body needed. I then received a microdermabrasion that I saw immediate results from.(The facial afterwards was delicious) From the aromas, friendly staff, and beautiful surroundings I knew that I was in for a treat. This is truly a spa that knows how valuable educated and knowledgeable staff are. If you have not tried this hidden treasure, you are missing out. Pros: Beautiful Historic Building more

My skin has never looked so good. I have always had issues with my skin and I received a microdermabrasion from Danielle. I have had many microdermabrasions from dermatologist and spa's, but nothing compares to the quality of the service that I received from my new favorite spa. I love everything about this wonderful spa. The Eminence products are amazing. The staff is so accomodating and knowledgeable, I felt like they truly cared about me. I have visited both locations due to my work schedule and love them both. I highly recommend everyone checking this wonderful spa out. The staff is very educated and will not pressure you into a bunch of products that you do not need. I am always presented with a beautiful rose to take home and it always reminds me of how wonderful my visit was. Amazing Day!!! I am a frequent spa visitor and have found the perfect dayspa. It is a little piece of heaven nestled in a historic threadmill in Austell. The customer service was very professional and made sure that my day was perfect. I started out with an amazing facial from my new favorite esthetician named Jamie. I have had a lot of facials, but I have to say that it was one of the best that I have ever had. She said that they are required to go to classes every three months to further educate them on the new services and products. It shows! She spent a great deal of time listening to my needs and did an amazing neck and shoulder massage. My skin has never looked so good after a facial. After my services she offered to apply the mineral makeup to help protect my skin from the sun. My skin was glowing! I will definitely be going back and tell all of my friends about my experience. I also received a massage, manicure and pedicure. The whole day was perfect! As I was leaving they also presented me with a long stem rose. I was treated like royalty and felt like a princess. If anyone is looking for a unique and beautiful spa then I highly recommend Bella Dia. I am going to try the microdermabrasion on my next visit and definitley another massage! I am the Maid of Honor for my best friends wedding and all she wanted for her bachelorette party was a relaxing day at the spa. And that's exactly what she got and more. Bella Dia was recommendated by another spa owner who could not accomidate our party of 7. From the moment I called to book our services the customer service was excellent. They followed up on everything they said they would follow up on and they delivered with excellent service throughout the day. The bride to be and the rest of our party were treated wonderfully and left feeling relaxed, pampered and special. I would highly recommend their services, AND they are one of the most affordable places in the area. My husband purchased me a day at the spa for Christmas. I visited the spa last week and I have to let everyone know that I had an amazing visit. The staff was so attentive to me and made me feel like royalty. My facial was the ultimate in facials - they used Eminence Organic products on me and they smelled delicious enough to eat. The intimate atmoshphere was so nice - I was surrounded by beautiful roses, antiques and great staff. I have visited a lot of spas, but I have to say that this was as close to a european spa that I have experienced in the states. I was totally satisfied and can't wait to visit again. more

Worst facial and massage ever. Very uneducated staff. Front desk was rude and looked like young teenagers! They were also out of skincare products. Save your money or go somewhee else! ? I wouldn't be surprised if the doors closed by the end of the year! Pros: none Cons: uneducated and rude more
