Went to riverside to have my 01 Ninja 500 serviced for a stalling issue. I was told the fee to identify the problem would be approximately 1 hour of labor ($90), and despite it taking longer to solve I was only charged what I was quoted. While it was a simple issue they were quick, pleasant and knowledgable, definitely a good place to have your bike services! more

Ken Brown did a GREAT job on my 1997 Sprint Sport! I rode it 2100 miles in 6 days from North Andover to New Brunswick Canada, then to Nova Scotia, rode the Cabot Trail, in the rain...then headed to PEI. All in all, not one single problem. The bike cruised at ""go to jail"" speeds with soft luggage as if it was purring. With 37K on it, this is the best it's run in a long time! Thanks Ken! tell Carlo you need a raise! more

Been servicing my Ducati S2R here for 7 years. Always fair prices and excellent service. Did the gas tank swap with Ducati, quicker than expected and no issues. I'm from the south shore and I travel to Riverside rather than Dunbar which is right near me. more

Love this place.\r \r As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two guys and was made to feel like whatever problem I had sincerely mattered to them.\r \r I just moved into the city and had A LOT of questions about the safety of my bike and some general best practices. They answered everything without hesitation and pointed me towards the products that were best for me. Not just the most expensive option.\r \r They have a great selection of jackets, shirts, glove, helmets and other assorted bike accessories.\r \r I only ended up buying a few things, but I will definitely be back for bike repairs. more

Carlo, Rob, and everyone I met at Riverside are incredible. First time bike owner, bought a Ducati Monster 696, and from the minute I walked in the door I experienced professionalism, advice, and a very warm welcome to the Duke family. Above and beyond is too small a phrase, they are fantastic. I will buy another bike someday, and I wouldn't buy it anywhere but here. Thanks guys!!\r more

Excellent dealership. Jerome was my salesman for my new V Star 650 Custom and he was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The deal was also fantastic and the pricing very competitive. Highly recommend Riverside to anyone interested in new or use motorcycles more
