Carlo was very helpful and the entire sales experience was amazing. I bought a used bike on CL becasue it is my first bike and I didn't want to drop a gorgeous new Thruxton or Ducati 696. I will be back though to by my dream bike. more

Aw Riverside =) , I'm a new rider and the staff made me feel totally ok and ready to ride, I bought all my equipment here , but bought a bike of craiglist because it was my first bike and I didn't want to buy a insanely cool bike that I drop or something but I will come back next year for their amazing selection and omg ducati room makes me so happy...they don't jerk u around here and I'm happy to come here will def swing by for my fender elimator kit. Aw one thing parking, well for a car sucks here but got my bike now so no worries haha sidewalk in fronta the shop is always open =) more

Love my bike! 4/8/2011

I bought my M796 around one month ago. It's a great bike, well balanced and a good fit for my height and size. The engine responds really well across the full range. 1st is a little "clunky" and requires a slight clutch slim when setting off. From new, the gears seemed a little rough although it has gotten a significantly smoother change now that I've begun to put a few miles on the clock. I did read that the speed and rev counter were difficult to read although I've not had any problem seeing this set up and the instruments and other settings are easy to use and view. I did get ABS on this bike. I have not had to use it but the brakes on the 796 pull you up pretty quick. I like the dial adjustment on the clutch and brake (nice feature) and makes for that little adjustment if required. The build quality is second to none although this I'm sure is reflected in the price tag, but you get what you pay for! Overall, I'm really pleased with the bike, it rides great, handles well, is lots of fun. If you have the money, it's worth spending a little more - you wont regret it. more

Very pleased. 4/5/2011

I've been going in and looking at bikes for the last few years here. Carlo has always gave me the insight I needed and no bs around why I HAD to have anything. He's been riding for years. He gives his advice AS A RIDER. My wife and I both went in looking to buy a classic triumph. Half way through I started thinking a ducati for me. Same price. We went through the type of riding we would do and settled on the triumph thruxton over ducati monster. For me it was the better choice and I appreciated the conversation we had.The finance team led by Rob did a bang up job for us as well. The best sign after dropping some serious bucks these days is how you feel after the sale. We are very pleased. But snow tomorrow??? I'm supposed to pick up my bike! That I'm not happy with. more

Best deal 3/28/2011

Got a great deal on my new bike at Riverside. I would definitely recommend these guys over the likes of GBM/Cycles128/etc. Low pressure sales from guys that love riding as much as you do. After trying many different Boston-area dealers, these guys were the best to deal with and ultimately gave me the best deal. more
