Disappointed 8/20/2014

Customer service was ok. However, I was given false information. I was told that I had a recent repossession. This information was false, because the car was and still is in my possession. I check all my credit reports and there is no repossession on either of the reports. This caused a lot of stress! Not to mention that I had choice words with the finance company that my car is financed with, as to why they would report such thing. I am very disappointed with Riverside Metro Honda. more

I was looking online for a Honda Accord. Found it at Riverside Honda. I arrived and my car was out front waiting for me. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The process was so easy. I was definitely be a customer for life. more

I submitted my vehicle options and within minutes and received a price quote and a phone call from Cari Lewis.who was very informative and honest. Although they didnt no have the car that i wanted in stock she and her sales team worked diligently to locate the vehicle to keep me from traveling a distance. Although my price was slightly different because my certificate was for in stock only, I appreciated their honesty and hard work. And they made my car buying experience a overall easy and welcoming experience. more

Searching online for vehicles led us to Riverside Honda, we placed a request for out pilot that we were looking for. They called us and we were still on the same page, talk about fast. They confirmed what they had, we set an appointment, and were down the next day. Katie introduced us to Ron who was great, we bought the SUV and are very happy. We are coming back for our daughters car! more

I want to extend my gratitude to the Riverside Honda Team. We looked all over for our vehicles. When Katie called us on phone, we scheduled a prompt appointment, meet with Ron, who knew all about the Honda Pilot, and the options we wanted, they located it. The next day our Pilot was out front, clean and Nicole was ready with our contracts. It was awesome. There services were extraordinary. Both my wife and I have gone to other dealerships, none even remotely close to the service provide by Katie and Ron. more

beautiful and inviting showroom 5/10/2011

Riverside Honda has a beautiful and inviting showroom and service station. I like the fact that they have internet service for my laptop (They also have computers to use) The beverage station and big screen tv are a nice touch. I would recommend this place and will keep coming back. more
