When my beloved beagle,Kody, died in January vet. techs that helped take care of him came in on their day off to say their final"goodbye".The entire staff seemed truly upset with my loss.I truly appreciated their sincerity on that day. more

Artie was seen by Dr Graham on 4/21 because he chewed up a wooden baby gate, and he was seen by Dr McGuffin on 4/22 for a pre planned well puppy visit. Both visits exceeded my expectations. Both Dr Graham and Dr McGuffin are very good at what they do. They both took the time to answer every single one of my questions.I never felt rushed. The facilities are very clean and the support staff are awesome. Artie will be a patient for life. more

Dr. McGuffin is terrific to talk to, and always helpful for anything we've needed. They make everything less stressful and treat you like family. Being able to checkout while in the exam room is very convenient , and all the staff is extremely nice! more

Dr.Hanson was excellent he showed me on a display what exactly is going on with my dogs knees.He didn't pressure me into an unnecessary surgery.He was honest and said my dog was too old for the surgery.He also drew a picture of what kind of surgery that they could do less invasive or the regular way.He took time to explain everything and wasn't rushing us.I felt like he truly cared about the well being of my dog. more

The facility is clean and welcoming. everyone was very nice and greeted us immediately when we walked in. The re was even a sign welcoming Sookie as a new patient. The Vet took his time and explained everything that he was doing and recommended a care plan for our pets to keep them healthy. we had blood work done for both dogs and I received 2 calls about their follow up needs. All in all we are very pleased that we finally have found a veterinary practice that makes us comfortable like the one we came from in Athens County. more

The vet aids were very kind and attentive. Dr Gorby showed high professionalism in cat care. He was very considerate to us, answered all the questions we asked and gave us valuable advises with respect to health care for our 7 yrs old kitty Grusha. more
