River Trails Troutdale

I have been going to River Trails for over 10 years and have never had a problem. Most of our group comes from the east coast and we spend months preparing for our river trips. Don Barron the owner has always treated us well and given us a killer deal on rentals. Thanks to River Trails we have floated the beautiful rivers of the Northwest. We couldn't have done it without River Trails. Thanks River Trails!!! more

It took over a month to coordinate schedules in order to plan a rafting trip. We decided to go with River Trails because they were close and cheap; big mistake. It was by far the worst customer service I've ever received! We were supposed to pick up our gear on Friday night and when I got there I found out that the trailer we had rented was broken. They told me that they would shuttle the rafts and meet us on the river--that never happened. After hours of waiting I called and called and finally got through to someone, they told me that they were just leaving their wharehous; can you believe that? Long story short; we never got to raft and we'll probably have to wait until next summer. And the worst part of all is that they weren't apologetic in the least bit. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! more
