I've never had dental problems, just my regular checkups.After going through a lot of reviews, i settled on Dr.Ritter based on an overall good rating. And i was not disappointed! Firstly, his office staff are always friendly, patient and very efficient. Good impressions from the very beginning. My hygienist(Kim) was friendly, and answered all my questions. There was no waiting time. She did the cleaning, took x-rays and was very easy to talk to and made me feel quite comfortable. Dr. Ritter was warm and friendly as well. Again he addressed all my concerns patiently and thoroughly. No rush. Overall it was a good experience. A very warm, kid friendly atmosphere.
