My husband and I are switching to this pharmacy due to the poor customer service at Walgreens in Essex on S Marlyn Ave. I just called and spoke to an Amanda at Rite Aid to ask several questions and wow, what a difference. She was very helpful and polite and made sure I was satisfied before I hung up. If this is any sign of the great quality of care and customer service they provide, I am excited to be going there, and it is closer. more

Excellent service 4/6/2010

I was a new customer to this rite aid and transferred couple of prescriptions from walgreens, the prescriptions were transferred immediatly and they even called the doctor on one of the prescriptions which didn't have any refills left in 20 minutes. Excellent service. more
