My 21-year-old daughter and I had the challenge of finding her THE perfect formal dress for a very important event. Because time was of the essence, we did our preliminary shopping online and were delighted to stumble upon the Rissy Roo's page. After scouring the site, we called the store to determine if many selections were available in her size. The woman who answered the phone was kind and helpful, so we decided to ignore the negative reviews we had read online and headed to Linwood. We were not disappointed!!! The staff members were thorough, considerate and patient...and we left the store 2 hours later with the dress of my daughter's dreams!! DO NOT HESITATE to visit Rissy Roo's if you need a beautiful dress for a special occasion. If you don't find what you're looking for at Rissy Roo's...you won't find it anywhere. more

Removed our $350 dollar dress to find it literally dripping sequins onto the floor. Rude customer service agent immediately stated ""it was inspected before shipping"". Finally took my phone number, told me to send pictures and said she would discuss it with her manager. I later received an email asking me to call as she ""believed she had an incorrect telephone number"". It seems the same attention to detail used to inspect our dress was used to take down my phone number. No choice but to pay 15% restocking fee plus $ 10.00. Worst customer service experience I've had in years. Beware! more

Nasty, rude staff. Overpriced dresses yet a beautiful selection. Its too bad that they lose so much business due to poor costomer service. more

This store has beautiful dresses of all kinds. I would not shop there again due to the nasty, stuck up rude staff. Maybe if I went in there wearing a mink coat, dripping in diamonds they may have been nicer.... Pros: Excellent location Cons: over priced. rude staff more
