This pool project was four years in the planning. Josh was very thorough when providing us with accurate cost of concrete, electrical and pool installation. Both Josh and Jon have been very responsive which goes a long way in making the customer feel comfortable, especially with project of this size and cost. Pete came out this morning to inspect the pool at the home we?re purchasing. Rising Sun Pools has been great to deal with over the phone and email. The real test is, however, how their employees interact with the customers? in the coustomers? home, back yard and pool deck. \r Pete took the time to explain why some things can wait and others need to be fixed right now. To a new home and pool owner, Pete taking his time and walking through what the pool was doing and not doing ? and what would need attention and fixing was just outstanding.\r Buying a home is a tremendous process and a pool ceritanly adds to the stress inintally. I just felt the need to write you an e-mail to say that I think your company is incredible. We bought our pool from Rising Sun in 1999 and have enjoyed it ever since. The pool was built to last and we have had only to do some minor maintenance here and there. Not only that, but when there is some small problem, your service techs are out right away to fix the problem as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. Your service techs are simply the best. I have never dealt with any company that has the level of customer service and customer satisfaction as Rising Sun Pools. Your staff has always been helpful and extremely courteous and you make a great product that you stand behind. Anyone who buys a pool anywhere else is out of their mind. more

I have been coming to Rising Sun Pools for about a year now and everytime I come into any of the the three stores I am always greated with a freindly smile and a warm welcome. I come to the Garner location all the time and I love how knowledgeable everyone is and how everyone is willing to explain stuff in detail to me. more

Superior pool knowledge and service than any other competitor in the local vicinity. I dropped in without notice to discuss my pool problems I was having due to a competitor's installers. The General Manager Scot was very friendly and honest with my situation. He shared his knowledge and gave me the name and number of his Installer whom he has used for 13 yrs. \r \r Remember one thing folks, the pool is only part of the purchase, go with a company that uses good Installers!!!\r \r Their inventory is huge and they're family owned and operated in 3 locations in the Triangle.\r 04/11/2011 more

I wanted an inground pool, had gone to the 3 largest pool dealers for information, quotes and design. decided to go to a local brother operation in order to help our community..however at the last moment they backed out because of some issues with them. So I contacted Josh at rising and after speaking with Mike and Tara, they picked up where the other pool place left off, with a better design and more options. They came in and did a wonderful job installing the pool and we love our pool. We have had it for 2 full seasons and have always found rising sun and their employees to be very helpful. I can't praise Sadie at the garner location enough, she knows you when you walk in and has everything ready for you and then will call to follow up that it worked. Hello Rising Sun Pools, \r \r I wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how very impressed I am with both crews that showed up to start and complete our pool installation yesterday and today. I?m certainly not an expert at construction, although I have performed as the general contractor for both houses we have built over the last several years. I know what it takes to coordinate projects and make sure that someone shows up to perform their job and perform it well.\r \r Hugo and Dave were excellent to work with! I'm currently in the process of writing a Rising Sun Pools Review with pictures, etc of the full install process. I'm putting in as much detail as possible to help ANYONE that is trying to decide on installing a swimming pool from Rising Sun or just a pool in general. My first three or four trips were less than satisfactory. However, that location is the most convenient. The last trip there will be my last trip. I walked in the door for parts, and the man pointed a wall with a a thousnad parts on it, and told me I would have to help myself. No assistance of any kind, and would not take any questions.
