I took my dog to Rio's to have my dog boarded for a couple of days while my family and I vacationed in Miami Beach. The woman I spoke with Natasha seems quite friendly and polite. I left my dog there with instructions to groom him on the day of pickup. My instructions were clear to cut his hair short. When I picked him up, I noticed that he had received a trim, but not the haircut I had requested. I inquired about the disparity and I was told that the groomer spent alot of time on my dog and that I would need to make another appointment that I would have to pay for if I wanted his hair cut shorter. Furthermore, the price I was quoted was not the price I was charged. i was charged more money because I was told that the groomer had to spend more time ( doing what I don't know since cutting hair didn't seem to be it ). All I know is if you are spending $65 to groom your dog and it's not the way you left instructions to do it, then the groomer should correct the problem and be done with it. No future business from me and you should do yourself a favor and go somewhere where your business is appreciated.
