Best Hairstylist! 4/24/2011

I have been using Jenny to cut and color my hair for over 6 years. When she moved to San Antonio I drove to keep her styling my hair. She is WONDERFUL!!! Jenny will be honest with you about the color and style that you choose. Never have I had a cut or color that I did not like. She is great about telling you how to style the cut that you choose and keeping your hair healthy. I highly recommend her, she is a life saver when it comes to hair! more

Jenny Mosby BEST hairstylist, ever!! 4/24/2011

Jenny is the ONE person I can trust with my hair! And believe me, I have had a lot of problems with dying my hair in the past. For the past 3 years I was doing my hair my self and it was badly damaged! I started going to Jenny last summer and ever since then I have never regretted trying a new stylist who knows what she's doing! I am a back and forth person with my hair, going from blond to brown all the time! And Jenny always matches the perfect coloring to my hair! Her hair cuts are SUPER CUTE! Not only does she work well with your hair, she also helps you keep it healthy yourself! She tells you what you should and should not be doing and she recommends only the best products to use on your hair! Jenny knows how to do it all, from coloring to cutting, to even sewing in extensions! I recently moved, but I fly out to Jenny every 6 weeks for a hair coloring and cut! Trust me, she is THE best! TRY HER OUT & YOU WILL NOT REGRET A SINGLE THING! :) more

Chance is the best! 7/21/2010

Chance is by far the best hair stylist I have ever been to. She will work you in if you are in dire need of something done and she tries to get you in sooner even if you are not in dire need. She is trendy and knows hair! I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for change or just to fix what you already have. She's the best! Poor Communication -- Customer's Wishes are Not Their Concerns 3/4/2008

I recently went to Rinner's and had my hair colored by Leslie. I have had highlights for years and wanted to have my hair re-highlighted and to get the brassy red tones out of my lowlights. I told her I did not want a warm color, but she opted to color all of my hair a ""warm blonde"" color. Guess what? My hair turned out reddish gold. \r \r I called to let her know that I did not like the color and to see how long I needed to wait to have her color my hair again to avoid damage. She seemed insulted that I did not like the color she had picked for me. Rather than scheduling an appointment to re-color my hair, she simply told me we were not on the same page and that I needed to go elsewhere. I thought possibly since she is only 25 that she may not have that much experience in communicating with customers, so I tried to explain to her that I wasn't trying to complain -- that I just wanted my hair recolored. \r \r I even tried calling the salon owner before leaving this feedback to let her know about the communication problem. I did not want my money back -- I simply wanted my hair recolored the color I wanted in the first place and I wanted to remain a customer there. The owner never returned my call. \r \r Don't waste your time or money here. They literally don't care what you want or what you think. Cons: Poor Communication - Poor Customer Service more
