Our car was serviced promptly and available when promised. The shop treated our car with respect and were very friendly to us.

they couldn't figure out problem, when the issue was very obvious.

I really appreciate and respect Riley and Sons approach to customer care. It shows that they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the work they do. I know that they won't try to sell me other things, instead they actually take personal interest and care when servicing my vehicle. more

Relief to find a place I can trust. Riley did what they said they would do....when they said they would do it. I know it was just business as usual for them but it was personal for me. No one welcomes car troubles but I no longer have that horrible dread of it. more

I had to have my Chevy impala worked on during Christmas. I got a call every few days with an update, and I didn't even ask for this. With it being the holidays they got my car in and out before I even thought they would. This is the second time, second vehicle that they have worked on of mine. Great customer service, very friendly. I will continue to use them in the future! more

Honda Civic Si Brakes & Strut Assembly 12/21/2014

Very pleased with the work completed, and price. One minor issue: Header Guard (plastic) wasn't bolted back down; in engine compartment at about eleven o'clock position. more
