I would like to begin with saying that this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.\r
My wife and I decided we were going to purchase a car today. With cash in hand for a down payment, we headed over to First Choice Auto.\r
The salesman (typical overweight, balding fifty-something male with pinky ring) couldn't have seemed any less interested. He did not even invite us into his office to go over financing.\r
After his father said we could have a seat, we entered the office and began discussing our options.\r
At this point, the salesman was more interested in helping every other customer on the phone and pretended to calculate down payments on the dealerships Facebook page.\r
After helping the customers on the phone and completely ignoring us, the salesman's lunch had arrived!\r
The fat man's eyes lit up like powder kegs and this was the end of an awful discussion. He pulled the quote of a $2,000 down payment from nowhere and told us he couldn't help. He refused to check my wife's credit and mine although over the phone he had told us they have several different lenders to get us the car we needed. \r
In my opinion, a $2,000 down payment on a $3,500 car is ludicrous! \r
The whole encounter lasted no more than ten minutes and never have I felt so neglected by an establishment. You receive better customer service at the DMV.\r
I cannot see any of these ""positive"" reviews being truthful. Anyone can log on to these sites and act like a satisfied customer.\r
I DO NOT recommend visiting this poor excuse for a used car lot to anyone seeking a vehicle.
