Rift 2 Reef Aquatics

I have deal with these guys a few times and each experience has been worst than the last. I ordered a custom tank and after it was two weeks past due I was told by the owner that I was lying about when I was told I would have my new tank. Which by the way was over $1000.00. When spending that kind of money I expect to be treated a little better. I had also bought a LED capable light. When the end melted I was accused of putting it in the water. This has been a know issue with the light and they basically pointed me back in the direction of the manufacturer rather than take care of it for me. Even knowing that I was going to be without a light for several days they showed no compassion or desire to help. As for livestock selection and help, if you get helped at all, is very limited. I would recommend going anywhere but here. The owner is a real piece of work with a nasty attitude and has proven to be unhelpful and unkind, unless you spending money. more

Wow, is all I can say. Beautiful store. Great staff. Staff is very knowledgeable. This store is twice the size of their last store, which speaks volumes about them. I've always had a good experience with them. I noticed a variety of fish some out of my price range. ie 500.00. Good inventory. on alot of items. more

This place was awesome. They have many hard to find corals, saltwater and freshwater fish. The staff was great and made me feel very welcome even though i am new to the hobby and ask tons of questions. Good customer service period. I just bought a tank here that was $75 cheaper than anywhere else ive seen.
