Helping travelers in need 7/12/2013

Cannot say enough about how great the service is at Rick's. W are from out of state and needed an emergency water pump replacement. Not only was Rick and his crew very accommodating in fitting us into his busy schedule but did the perfect job including a great price. You just do not find such honest and caring people like this every day. Thank you Rick and to your wonderful family whom we also had the pleasure of meeting. Mechanical Work 6/22/2013

We took out 2005 Pacifica to Ricks and if it was not for the holiday weekend, it would have been done the same day. They were very nice and did the job as soon as they could. They also did not rob us for the work. Our usual neighborhood repair shop would have been much more expensive. Ricks is fair and reasonable. Thank you guys!! more

After being very understanding about the way the work was done on my car at DONE RIGHT AUTOMOTIVE. In repairing what they messed up on my car your company was very courteous and did the job perfectly. In fact the price you had quoted me was actually less when you finished the work. Awesome service and attention 5/20/2013

Rick's service is awesome! They have attended to my vehicle's mystery problem and have tried to fit me in even when they are busy. Rick has handled my needs and taken great care of my vehicle and was reasonable about what was charged. They remembered me and the problem that has been so elusive. I really appreciate how they take the time to attend to me and work on getting me in! more

I was on vacation and had the unfortunate need of a new transmission. Rick's was recommended by a few locals, so had the car towed there. They took great care of the car in a timely manner so I could get back home on time. more

Professional, personalized service 5/16/2013

We moved to Sevier County less than two years ago from Charlotte, NC and have been taking our Rav4 to Knoxville Toyota for service. Then, a colleague at work suggested I try RICK's---that's where she and her husband have their Toyotas serviced. I did. I was impressed from the telephone customer service to the bill paying---which did not exceed the estimate. We'll be back! more
