Received good honest service as usual 12/17/2009

About six months ago Rick mentioned that the radiator would need to be replaced due to a small leak and to keep an eye on it. During this visit, I brought the car in because it was jerking. The team found that the radiator liquid was very low and leaking & recommended that I replace it to resolve the problem. Diagnosis was done and problem corrected. I am very statisified with the service. more

I have done business with Rick for over 20 years. What I appreciate the most is his sense of integrity. I have had times when I have gone in for what I thought needed to be repaired only to have Rick say that can wait or that really isn't a problem. He knows his product which allows him to diagnose and repair my vechicle in timely manner. more

I found Rick's Performance on the internet and I had a wonderful first experience there. I had been neglecting getting some work done on my car since I didn't have a good mechanic. Rick's staff was professional, friendly, and only did the work that needed to be done. I was also very pleased with the amount of money that I was charged for the work. It seemed very fair. I will definately return to them when my car is in need of more work. more

The Staff and Service at Rick's Performance was outstanding. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the front door. The staff was quick and on top of my requests. In addition to great service, I received an outstanding "1st time customer" discount! Even without the discount the prices quoted were reasonable. I will definately return for future work. My family has been going to Rick's for many, many years. They are the only repair shop I now let work on my Mazda Miata, since I have had some bad repair experiences with the dealers. Rick's has always impressed me with it's cleanliness and how fast they get the work done. I've never had a bad experience at Rick's! more

Last Minute Help--No Charge! 11/16/2009

I recently had issues with my brakes and Rick was happy to look at my car AND replace my brakes. Additionally, he was able to get the brake pads covered under warranty so the visit cost me nothing. Great service, again! more
