I wrecked my first new car and was so upset. I dropped it off at Ricks and they fixed it like new. Its just like it was the day I bought it and Im so glad to have it looking great again. more

Reliable and never over-priced! 10/3/2011

Jason from Rick's Paint & Body Shop is really nice. I've known him for years, even my entire family uses him. Whenever you go in, he can take you right in and gives a reasonable time of when your car will be ready. I don't know if he does this for everybody, but since we've known him for so long, he gave me his cell phone number and let me know that I could text him whenever I had questions. My car was done in a day, it wasn't a big deal and I didn't have to wait long for it to be finished. It wasn't over-priced and looks great! more

Great Repair! 9/30/2011

Rick's is great! They were able to repair my car after a pretty bad accident, and this did a fantastic job. The front bumper was in pretty bad shape, but after the finished the repairs you would never be able to tell that the car was in an accident! more

They're good, honest people. 9/6/2011

I have been going to Rick's Paint & Body for years. They have a very hometown style, and to them you're not just a number. Most recently, I got in a fender bender in my Mercedes, and they took care of everything. They fixed it quick, fast and in a hurry. It was mostly fiberglass and paint work, I believe, and I loved the job they did. It turned out super duper. If you want the job done right the first time, go to Rick's. Nick Yaffe more

I brought my 323 here after a small accident that required some work on the rear bumper and taillight. When I got the car back you couldn't even tell what had happened and it really looked like factory. I tried to scrutinize the results a little but it looked great! not a speck or orange peel or nothing. The car looks perfect and the color matches perfect too. more

They can and got my vehicle from the scene of my accident. While i was at work they helped to get my rental set-up. Then while my vehicle was being repaired they keep me up to date with all repairs from start to finish, I will use them again in furture. Thanks Jason at RICKS PAINT and BODY SHOP!!!! more

I really like Ricks Paint and Body shop. They just did some work on my car and it looks brand new again. I feel like they are honest and always try to provide prompt and friendly customer service. They are personable and never put you off. They always take the time to talk to you and answer your questions. They are completely knowledgeable about what they do. Absolutely superb! 9/1/2010

I've used Rick's Paint and Body for a long time because we have had several vehicle mishaps. We have been in Augusta since 1981, and my parents have used them, I've used them, and I've used them for my son. Even after they changed hands, because I used them before Jason was there, I feel like they are good Christian people who follow God's will. When we get the car back it is in excellent condition. It is in better shape than before the car was in the accident. They are quick, efficient, professional, and very courteous. They always keep me up to date on the progress. more
