Ricks Japanese Car Care

So far called I called in 2 weeks ago and scheduled to have an appointment to get my car fixed but had some personal problems and had to cancel, I like that they didn't make me feel bad and told me to reschedule when I can (very pleasant) called today to reschedule appointment which I did for friday told him my problems and he gave me advice in what my problems with my car may be. So far happy with the phone call and will update this after the service is done. He even said he can do it in one day where Honda wanted me to leave it over the weekend. more

I went in for brake pad replacement and they found that I needed to replace the rotors. I believe the previous place I got my brakes done might have screwed them up. Had to come in for 2 separate visits due to ordering of the rotors. 2nd time didn't charge me tax or labor which was awesome. Yeah rotors range about 30-60$ each on the internet. But nice people. more

i had so many problems with my car. After rick fixed my car it ran like brand new. My car has never ran like this in years.All thanks to rick , my car is in the best condition its ever been in. \r THANKS RICK AND THE CREW !!!!!!! more

For over 22 years I have owned Toyota vehicles. many are specialized, difficult to work on and this makes you shy away from dealers and their bogus suggestions and upsells. What an amazing experience when I first had the pleasure of going to Rick's Japanese Auto Repair. Rick is honest to a fault, trustworthy, polite, courteous, respectful of his customers and I will not go elsewhere! From my first meeting to each of my scheduled maintenance visits Rick walks me through what's needed. His prices were so low that I tipped him. How often do you do that. He is a family man and makes his customers feel like family! I highly recommend going to Rick's. He is a small shop with big service and fair and low prices.
