I wanted to take a moment to let you know that once again I have recieved excellent service from your dealership in my purchase of a new Volvo. Last Saturday, In less than three hours, I traded in my old Volvo and drove away in a new 2002 S80 T6. I recieved excellent sales support from Bob K. He knew exactle what I wanted and had the car ready for me. He even helped me unload the stuff from my old car into the new one. I don't think threre was a single detail that he missed. Bill S. did a great job getting the paperwork done and explaining each line item to us. The Ubiquitious Tony S was also gracious and accomodating. And, I have to plug Mark and Walter in your service department. They do a great job, too. Steve, our service consultant called with "up dates" and assume the auto would operate without any further problems. The cadillac was completley checked out and all repairs made, some on warranty and some worn items that needed attention. My wife drives this car and i want it to be extremly dependable. Rickenbaugh did a good job of checking the complete car and making sure every item of the car was in perfect operating order. Im extremely glad I took the car to them- It will go to them for any repairs for as long as I own the car. My service costs were very "fair" more

I had a delightful experience at your dealership on Decemeber 18th and 19th. My "99 Yukon had unexpectedly broken down and needed a new fuel filter. Your people there deserve the highest praise for their excellent customer service. Specifically, Dave TaFoya (the porter/driver) and Norm Fryer (service advisor). They were courteous and professional with their diagnosis of my vehicle's program, and they were able to fix the situation and get my vehicle back to my in a timely manner.
