Very cranky and snarky lady answering the phones. I wouldn't let them redo my toliet seat.

GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT WORK 6/17/2009

My Husband and I have taken serveral of our cars to Rich's and we have never had a problem. The work is fantasic and they are very Knowledgeable when it comes to automotive upholstery work. If you are looking for work that is Guaranteed to look great and get looks then call them. We get comments on our cars all the time. more
