My experience at Richmond Chiropractic was amazing! Dr. Richmond not only helps correct spinal issues but teaches you and helps you understand how to stabilize your spine. His staff not only compliments him but are very helpful and really do care about the patients. After doing the corrective care program at Richmond Chiropractic my pain is not only gone but my x-rays have shown incredible improvements and I feel amazing! I recommend Richmond Chiropractic to anyone! more

Great experience! The staff is nice, quick to welcome me when I walked in and answered some of my initial questions. Dr Richmond was very positive that he could help me with my serious neck/back pain which I have had as long as I could remember. He offered more than just a quick adjustment which gave me confidence that he is genuinely interested in my long term health. Dr Dan Richmond is much more involved than any other Chiropractor I have had over the last 20 years. I am going to have my 10 year old daughter see him for asthma and attention issues ( ADD,ADHD). So excited! more

This ""doctor"" is currently on probabtion placed there by a California Attorney General's office investigation. The California Chiropractic Board placed him on 4 years probabtion in Dec 2012 for his poor practices and billings.\r Be very careful with his billings. He double bills and bills for items not done.\r He was also given a $14K fine as a result of the investigation. Apprears to be interested in the money only more

Since I have been receiving treatment at Dr. Richmond?s office, I have had great improvement. I am walking and feeling better. I started treatment with pain iin my neck. Now my posture has improved and my pain has also improved. more

I have always been skeptical about Chiropractors, but after going to Dr. Richmond I have changed my mind. I have arthritis in my neck and knees. Dr. Richmond told me up front he can?t cure my arthritis but he could help my pain ? and he certainly did that! more

My entire experience at Richmond Chiropractic has been terrific. Besides eliminating all the lower back pain, the education process is priceless. Being able to understand how the body functions and what it needs to be healthy will always stay with me. Dr. Dan and all the staff have felt like friends from day one. I started with Richmond chiropractic about Six months ago with neck and lower back pain. An ad in the Independent paper brought me in. I was impressed with what the program was about and the true concern I felt from Dr. Richmond and his staff. They are very helpful! I am so pleased and will continue the program forever! more

Great Doc! 7/28/2011

Dr. Richmond is a great doctor. I was having a lot of neck pain and within a month the pain has really gone away. The staff is very pleasent and the office is very well up to date. I would recommend Dr. Richmond to anyone. It's a great office and I will be going there as long as possible. more

GREAT DOCTOR! 2/18/2010

I don't even know where to start this place is great. The office is so clean and the staff is always so welcoming and cheerful. DR. Richmond is a wonderful Doctor he always spends so much time with his patients and makes sure we are well educated. There are so many different therapies in the office that I have never been lucky enough to have at any of the other Chiropractors that I have been to in the past. I would highly reccomend Richmond Chiropractic to anyone who is looking for some pain relief! Pros: SMART DOCTOR AND GREAT STAFF more

Caveat emptor! 9/16/2009

Keep a log of your visits and procedures. Medicare and my insurance co were billed $1130.00 for a first consultation visit. There were no therapies given yet therapies were claimed.. The second visit was for purpose of reviewing some x-rays and signing up for a treatment plan. Medicare and the ins co were again billed for therapies that never happened. His response to me when queried was that he was trying to help me out with my deductible??!! and also that it was to help defray the cost of the kit. Yet he later filed 3 different claims to Medicre and my ins. co for a total of $3,390.00 for a kit that contained: Pros: Knowledgeable Cons: Very questionable billing practices more

great doctor and clinic 5/30/2009

Dr. Dan gave me incredible changes to my spine and proved it with post xray's. He is the first chiropractor to ever explain my case, make a plan to fix me, and then fix me and show me the corrected spine on film. He is not interested in just popping your spine. He is a true proffesional. It has been 3 years since he fixed me and we just took an xray to check things out and I am still perfect due to my once a month maintenence. I have refered many people to Dr. Dan and they all report that he was great with fair prices and great results. Pros: Super results, great doctor more

Simply the best clinic and doctor in town 5/19/2009

I have been to many chiropractors over the years and no has given me the relief and results that Dr. Richmond has. He is highly sought after because of his great results. He is results oriented and he expects the patients to do thier part. If your ready to see what a good chiropractor can do for you- go see him. The clinic is well run and you will hear many success stories from his other patients as they love him as much as I do. They give many extra's most clinics do not offer and you feel like a queen or a king with their customized service. I always feel cared for when I am there and I feel great when I leave. His prices are a bargain for what you recieve. Most people pay the same for a 5 minute visit than I paid for an hour and a half visit to his clinic. Don't compare his prices with other doctors because the service is not the same. You get four times the care for about the same price as most chiropractors. I know for a fact that he will even work with you on price. Pros: very smart and good doctor more

Great clinic 5/16/2009

Dr. Richmond is a pro. I have been going to him for years and have had amazing results. I had the pleasure of meeting Nancy J. the lady that gave the doctor a bad review. let me tell you that she is a peice of work. She used to come in when I was there smelling like an ashtray and a sewer. She was very rude to the staff and the doctor and I know for a fact that the doctor dismissed her from his care because too many of his patients were complaining about her. This Dr. Richmond is by far the best chiropractor. He is very fair, affordable, and great person. I owe my life to him for getting me back to work and helping me and my family. I would highly reccomend going to see him. You will love him and his staff. Pros: best chiropractor I have ever seen more
