Unfortunately, I made the same mistake as others who have commented. Maybe even worse, I put 50% down with the commitment by the salesman that work would start in 7-8 days. 58 days later they started and did a very shabby job. When I pointed out the defects, their response was to ask for MORE money and they they would schedule the repairs. I guess once they thought they had a sucker, they would bleed him for everything they could. I doubt I will see them again. 7 BBB complaints in 2012 alone, and the BBB has published an alert since they are not an accredited BBB member but they print the logo on their contracts. more

Good: Nothing. Bad: Said that they were factory certified for Union roofing, but manfacture never heard of them. Not a square foot according to manufacture standards. Did not insure water prooofing around panels, trim not installed as promised, overhang of panels inadequaate to keep water from getting behing trim. Site manager said that he would return with replacement panel, but did not. Could never get them to respond to making a service call. Back side of roof not square at bottom, this allowed water to get under panel.. Other: Would not recommend them to my worst ememy.. more

My husband and I are thrilled with the replacement windows we purchased from Richline Windows & Siding. We selected windows that match the color of our house. They installed 11 windows in one day. And we didn't have to do anything, not even remove the drapes. They took away the old windows and left everything perfectly clean. They also took away the old storm windows, thank goodness. We received several quotes for the windows before awarding the job to Richline. We've experienced absolutely no problems with our new windows. They look great and are a breeze to clean. The new windows never need painting, and the time and money we have saved on heating and A/C is incredible. Richline Windows & Siding deserves high marks in product quality, promptness, workmanship, durability, and a real pleasure to do business with. We plan to have Richline do the rest of our windows soon. And when we need further home improvements done -- siding, roofing, gutters, additions, they are at the very top of our list. They do it all. more
