very good. Sometimes there is a wait, but we are well aware that music can be a time-consuming process and when it is our turn, we are never rushed or neglected. Besides, I enjoy the "excuse" to browse a little longer while dear husband waits!? more

I have always found the staff very helpful and courteous and more than willing to assist in any way that is needed; whether it's finding music on the Note Station, ordering through the catalog or purchasing sheet music that is available in the store. Poorly managed store 12/1/2008

Never, ever go to this store!!! If you are looking to get a brass/woodwind instrument repaired, look elsewhere. The owner/repair "tech" has no repair certification and often "fixes" instruments in a matter of minutes with elmer's glue. The repair guy will also often keep your instruments for months, because he has not yet figured out how to fix the instrument. No returns are allowed at the store-even of items that are sold to you not in working condition. Yes, they do sell items that are broken and in poor condition. Stay very far away from this store!!! Never but any breakable items from this store- most of their stock is stored outside in the horrible weather conditions. That means WOODEN GUITARS, and even REEDS!!!! This store should not be in business! Pros: location Cons: instrument repair servies, damaged materials, high prices, not handicap accessible more
