HVAC Visit 6/26/2018

Brandon did a good job on our cooling equipment. The first question on your survey asks how likely I am to refer people to Rhymes. Although I was quite satisfied with Rhymes service, I can't think of a time that I ever referred anyone to an HVAC company, and I don't think I'm likely to start. more

I called on Thursday afternoon, and even though I was a new customer, Mike was here Friday at 11:30. He found the problem right away and fixed it in no time. He explained the repair to me, patiently answered my questions, and told me what might be needed in the future. I'm so happy I called Rhymes! more

Furnace check up 10/20/2017

We had a water problem and not sure if it was the furnace or hot water heater and Rhymes came the next to check it out. The appointment was originally about a month away, so we appreciate their dedication to service and willingness to make a special trip to check out our problem. Good job. more

New Unit Install 7/25/2017

Entire team was very respectful and informative from our first contact to check our old system to the installation of our new unit. We never felt pressured during any part of the process to upgrade, in fact were very helpful in finding/giving discounts to help with the price. more

Bi-annual checkup 6/27/2017

Time for summer-checkup of our high eff. HVAC. Frank called us to let us know he was coming ... good to know. (I wish other services did this!) Checked hose in basement as well as the unit itself and gave it a "bath". GREAT people ...You cannot go wrong here. The fee for this was $160 - the best money spent EVER. This includes 2 check ups -- summer and winter. more

Great service. The technician showed up when expected, was clean, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He did not try to sell us something we didn't need. The tech. explained our issue in language we understand. A/C working perfectly now! The price was more than fair. more

We purchased our furnace and AC from Rhymes in 2012 and could not be happier with the units or the service they have provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone regardless of what they need, i.e. a new furnace or AC or services. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. - Jim more
