good place 11/20/2017

This facility is truly a small gem tucked away in etown- so many large facilities that don't know residents personally- the current administrator personally welcomed my brother when he came from the hospital and provided so much piece of mind for our family. My brother was a mess both physically and medically, but after a month in their care, he was able to return to his home just in time for the holidays. I am so thankful for the staff's time and commitment- really a good place with great people! more

I wouldn't send my dog there. 4/3/2009

Rheems is disgusting. The place smells like urine. You have to manually crank the beds. The residents are not safe. My father fell two times in eleven days and they denied it. The nurses wheel the residents out in the hall to sit there all day so they don't have to leave the desk. The food is disgusting. My dad's first day there, they gave him a cold ham sandwich wrapped in aluminum foil, a bowl of green beans, a cup of milk and a cup of juice. Needless to say, we got him out of there! They should be closed down. more

Owners suck 12/9/2008

The place is full of jackasses, and i dont meen the employees but the owners of the business suck at what they do they have the place in such a bind that they cant even help there kitchen make necessary repairs and commands. They also cant keep enough nurses around and dont have the money to pay employees properly. more

This facility worries more about the Director of Nursing being happy then they do about the Residents. I would NEVER send a loved one there. more
