Rex Wellness Center is a hospital run fitness and wellness center. Because the center is in an accredited hospital facility, the center is more expensive than many of your typical gyms. If you can work out in the middle of the day, you can sign up for their mid-day program and save a little. Work out time for the mid-day schedule is 730 to 330, monday through friday. The center offers a lap based swimming pool, group exercise classes like cycle, pilates, aqua aerobics and body shaping.
