The Avalon consists of sections of apartments by their amenities. These look more like dollhouse townhouses and are very well kept, clean, and a pretty white color. A one bedroom/bath starts a little above $1000 and the three bedroom as high as $2000. They do have a swimming pool, club, fitness center, allow pets, and lease on a short term basis with furnished rooms too. Forgot to mention the most important, they have attached garages, which is great during the winter. The property is always well kept due to their great maintenance.
