I placed very rigourous demands on my move and from the office staff to the crew were NOT good & very rude . When we got there we had to store some of our things in a storage room close to our place and the movers even helped us arrange and rearrange items in the storage room so we can fit everything that needed to be stored. All this, they did with a very positive attitude and a friendly manner. All in all, they made this highly stressful time easier for us. We highly recommend this company. more

We had to move in an emergency situation and they were able to find us a slot on short notice and at a very good price as well. The movers came and they were so professional and helpful. This was the second time I moved with Residential Local Movers Santa Monica and I was equally as happy the second as the first. 3 movers with one truck - 3 hours and they had me moved. They went above and beyond, shrink wrapping my antique heirlooms and taking the time to fit a HUGE couch through a tiny door without any damage to either. These guys are old Los Angeles style - no bells and whistles here. . . just good service, quality guys, and consistent fees. Ask for John's crew - they are great! I have moved a lot, locally and cross country and these guys were some of the best I've experienced. They were friendly, efficient, and absolutely NOTHING got lost, broken, scrunched, banged up. They even moved my plants - and I have a lot of plants. Also, the office staff prior to the move was very friendly and helpful, and provided extra information. On move day, they kept in touch when there was an unavoidable delay, so I wasn't left wondering what was going on. And to make up for the delay, they sent out an extra guy to help out - without charge. more

Guys arrived on time, they continued to work the entire time. The price was great! I used Starving Students Before and they took 9 hours to pack and move my apartment. This company did it in 8 hours but the price was nearly in half. A few scratches on the back side of my dresser...no big deal. I'd reccommend them to anyone. more
