The Dorm's position will be that you will forfeit your Security Deposit or any other monies put up if you do not return and have signed the lease agreement indicating your intentions to do so. Great Solution 5/9/2012

After visiting Brooklyn College with my daughter, the last stop on the tour was the Residence Hall. I have to say my husband and I were VERY impressed. Not only do they have 24/7 security which is very important to us, but they also have an all-inclusive package so we knew up front exactly how much it was going to cost. Our daughter was thrilled to see that there is a kitchen in every room – and that each room also has a private bathroom. Each room is practically an apartment! The staff also seemed extremely welcoming and helpful and answered all of our questions (we had a million!) and were very patient with us. We also really liked how they had four different room types to choose from – most of the schools that we have already visited had 1 or 2. Our daughter just decided yesterday to attend Brooklyn College in the fall and we already signed her up for the dorm! I don’t know where students lived before they had a dorm at Brooklyn College but I can’t imagine them living anywhere else! more

Best place to live.... 7/13/2011

This is the most awesome place to live, right next to the school, 24 hour security, internet, wi-fi, big rooms and even private rooms plus its cheaper to live here than get your own apartmnent and safer. I highly recommend if you are a student or a first timer at Brooklyn college to check this place out. Its amazing!! more

Great dorms its like having your own apartment and even better. 24 hour security and a great place to meet friends and get school work done. This is the place to get the full college experience at Brooklyn College!!!!! more

Brooklyn College Dorm 6/10/2010

Residence Hall is located two blocks from the Brooklyn College campus on the corner of Kenilworth Place and Farragut Road. The facility is designed to accommodate up to 280 Brooklyn College students in 115 individual apartments. Apartments consist of studios and two bedroom units with private and shared bedrooms. Residence Hall provides a full array of amenities, all of which are included in the cost of accommodation along with utilities. Residence Hall will be available for full occupancy at the beginning of the Fall 2010 semester and is open to all Brooklyn College students. Those interested should Apply Online and fill out an online application. Availability is limited relative to the size of the student body so it is suggested to apply as soon as possible. Management will begin reviewing applications immediately. Residence Hall offers students a wide range of amenities to make life comfortable and enjoyable at the dormitory.
