My son hired Rescue Me Wrecker in North Richland Hills, TX. He was quoted $150.00 for a tow to the dealership, which is 4.11 miles. There was a problem getting the vehicle on the flatbed. After they had the car loaded and were on their way, the Manager called and upped the price by $100.00--due to the problems he said. When my son objected, the manager said ""fine we will keep your keys and impound your car."" It's a scam. On the other hand, they did return the change my son walked away without. It was the least they could do after scamming him out of and extra $100.00... more

My good friend called to get tow truck service as his car broke down in front of the Walgreens off 78 Highway in Garland. They called Rescue Me Wrecker Service in Garland who charged them $220 to go six miles. My friend is 83 years old. The wrecker took the car and left them at the repair shop with their groceries.
