I have had my Timeshare with this company for the past 6 years I was looking to sell my 3/3 lockout for a estimated $10,000 and found out that they say they are still working for us but, seems as though that doesn't happen.Since then I haven't been able to reach anyone. If anyone is interested I have it down to $7,000 the shame is I can't trust any other company to sell it now WHAT A SHAME... more

We read other negative reviews, and are tracking this company with Better Business Bureau. Do not use this company, and do not pay any ""up front"" fees for their worthless listings to sell your Timeshare. Cons: Paid a fee for our listing, with no further contact. more

Left me high and dry!! 6/11/2010

I wanted to sell my timeshare. They said they could. Everytime I have called recently to talk to the original person I signed with, I got his voicemail, and now the number is not in service. Did they skip town or what? Cons: They lie. They don't tell you what's going on. more

Resales Buy Owner is Terrific! 4/7/2010

While the marketing reps are a little pushy to get you to list your property with them, they certainly come through with results! I listed my Mayan property with Resales in January and after a couple of tentative offers, finally received an accepted one mid-March. We just signed the closing papers and I expect my check for $22,250 to be coming any day now., In the meantime, Dawn was great and was able to rent out 10 of my bonus weeks and made me an extra $18,000!!! It only took this company 4 months to get my timeshare sold and in the meantime, they were able to rent out my getaway weeks for $1800 a piece! Thank you so much! I was very pleased with the services that Resales Buy Owner provided me. They were a little pushy to get me to list my property with them, but in the end, I must say I am glad that they were. Resales Buy Owner Helped get my RCI Weeks Rented! 1/28/2010

While Resales has only had my Westgate timeshare for sale but a couple of months, they were able to get my bonus RCI weeks rented quickly. I just received a check for $12,000! That is almost as much as I expected from the sale! What a nice bonus! Thank you Dawn for helping me! more

Scam Artists - absolutely no follow through 8/3/2009

I was called every day about 3 times a day to order timeshare weeks that they would sell. and within 4 hours of going along with it my money was taken out of my bank. The rep. was telling me that no money could be taken out unless i signed contract and sales receipt of credit card. Once i recived contract via certified mail and read that it was nothing like I was told over the phone. I have called my re repeated times Diane Ball (scammer) with no response. Now all numbers go to voice mail. Cons: take your money with no other action more

I went with this company after two attempts to sell my points. They got me a rental check in less then a month and sold it in four months. I was very happy with my salesperson and the ease of the transaction. I know everyone is different but I wanted to give a big thumbs up!! Pros: Friendly and Professional Cons: paperwork took awhile more

The rep. was telling me that no money could be taken out unless i signed contract and sales receipt of credit card. once i recived contract via certified mail and read that it was nothing like it was being told i declined the offer to sell. i sent back all paperwork the very next day via certified mail and call the rep. David he has not gotten back to me after leaving numerous messages on his personal voice mail as well athe 1800 number. it has been over 2 weeks and no response. i did not sign the contract or the sales reciept to take money off my card now no response....... Ful of Lies! 3/4/2009

""Kevin"" promised to sell my timeshare in 30 days and if I sold it myself, the company would refund my $$. That was TOTAL BS! They haven't got me one inquiry and so I sold it myself. Now they claim I am not elgible for a refund since I pass the cancellation time. These guys are the rudest 1/20/2009

Thankfully I did not give these people any money, but I was treated so rudely I was shaking mad. If you want to reach a person, feel free to call Rick Berman at 386-761-7113 as he actually seems to answer his phone. He is good at hanging up too, which he did to me the 10 times I called him back to demand an apology and some common courtesy. I hope he reports me to the feds as he threatened so I can then tell them to read about others being ripped off by this company. Pros: Nothing Cons: Totally rude and insulting on the phone more

I would not recommend this ""company"" to anyone. They got our money and will not return phone calls, emails, or anything. The ""guaranteed"" a sale within 90 days and that was 9 months ago. Now I cannot even get to a real person, only an answering machine. more
