If you are considering this agency to look after your very loved parents or other family members, RUN FAST! I wanted to give it no stars, but you can't. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! The women running the Hiawatha office are fake, dishonest and look out for their own welfare. We had this agency care for my mother for nearly four years. Let's just say the care giver liked material items. She left my mother alone in the house FOR HOURS. By the way, my mother was crippled and in an wheelchair. She left so she could go visit her own father in a nursing home or go garage sale hopping. Hellish experience when I tried to intervene. And when I tried to get something returned. Check records as you will soon see much. Dishonest and cunning.
