When we were finished with our conversation about allowing my cat, fish, and snake.... she said ""No Worries"". I thought that was great. No pet deposit at all!!! Great. When I told Gigi I can look at apartments Tuesday September 9, 2008 she asked me if I had money for a deposit. Who in their right mind would put $200 down just to look at a place. She told me to call her back next week when I had the money. I called her back five minutes later and told her I can come up with the money by tomorrow. \r Gigi: What location are you looking for?\r Me: Somewhere close to South Broward and 75, No where near 95\r Gigi: What's 75\r Me: (laughing) I-75\r Gigi: (confused with an attitude) I don't know where that is.\r \r If a relater in the business for over 10 years asks for a location and in response says ""Where is that"". Give me a break. She later responded ""I'm eating lunch right now and my client just walked in. I'll call you back later."" \r Like I want her to call me back. \r This place is rude, selfish, and ignorant. Don't use them ....PLEASE. Horrible attitudes, the properties they manage are run down, and covered up. So that you think it's better than it is until you move in and then all hell breaks lose. \r \r Then when you contact them, they are rude and sarcastic and wait exactly 7 days to do repairs and the repairs are so crappy that it wasn't worth the $50 they paid the ""random"" handyman to do it.\r \r Avoid them at all costs. They ask for an insane amount of money for deposit, I have good credit and they asked for 1 1/2 months deposit. Last place only needed 1 month. The apartment that THEY manage are dirty! Termites broken outlets POOR Maintenance. I moved out in less than a month because someone had burgluraized my apartment and the manager still did not give me back my deposit because of the broken glass which was caused by the burgalry! And to bring th apartment back to re rental status UHM I was there only three weeks I left it cleaner than what they gave it to me. Please do not rent from here!!! They are rude very very very very un professional. The manager had the audacity to say that Aventura is a scummy neighborhood. UHM comments on that anyone? Am I the only one that sees that as being wrong? Cons: Horrible in every aspect more

\r These people are knowledgeable and have tons of inventory. I called for one bedroom in the area for $800, this Agent Nick took me in his car and show me 7 properties in the area and help me with application. I moved in to the place without headache. Great people!! \r more

Please do not rent from this company. There are very corrupt and will take advantage of you. I left that place cleaner and in better condition than when I moved in. I called for repairs to get done and took pictures of the poor maintenance issues for proof. Ridiculous stuff like the shower head being held to the wall by tape, holes in the wall covered up by tape, holes in the screens of the window covered by napkins with safety pins! Plus, someone in the office used the extra key to break in and steal things. When I confronted them about it, they acted like it was a burglar when there was no sign of forced entry. They refused to change the locks so I had to do it myself. My security deposit was $1200. I got less than $400 back. When I called to dispute it and asked for a list of the charges (which they have to provide by law), they accused me of harassment! They told me if I had a problem with them, I could take it up in small claims court. I have notified schools in the area to prevent future students from being taken advantage of. Please save yourself a living nightmare and do not rent from this corrupt company. Pros: NOTHING! Cons: EVERYTHING! more
