THE BEST REALTOR IN NORTH MIAMI!!! 2/17/2012

I came to Miami from Baltimore, looking for a fresh start on life, and with not a lot of time or direction. I researched Renters Paradise from Baltimore on Craigslist, and kept seeing the same name...GIGI over and over again. I called her and was wonderfully greated on the phone and was told she would do everything in her power to get me into a place. I flew into Miami on Valentines day and as of today, February 17, 2012, I just received the keys to my new condo, in the area I wanted, with the ammenities I wanted!!! Everything is just the way I wanted!!!! If you are looking to be treated with curtesy and respect, and for someone that can find a place to fit you....CALL GIGI AT RENTERS PARADISE!!!!! 305-944-2101!!!! more

GiGi Zinn-- Rental Champion 2/11/2012

I was transferred to a job in north Miami. Across from the jobsite I saw the office of paradise realty and after searching for apartments on craigs list, I saw many listed by Paradise. I called on one and talked to GiGi.I had been in commercial real estate for over 20 years, and had been a land buyer for Flag development for five, So I kind of knew my way around the Real Estate business. I could see instantly that GiGi had a full plate as her phone rang incessantly as we left the office and headed to the first apartment she was to show me. We looked were challenged by my employers guidelines, looked at others, and finally found my new home for the next few months. Paradise Realty Is fortunate to have such a proficient and competent representative as GiGi on their team. I only wish I could find the same qualities in an accountant and an attorney, I would then have it made. more

Gigi Zinn -- Goes Above and Beyond for her Clients 1/22/2012

I relocated to Miami from New York not really knowing the area at all. I had went through three realtor's before coming to Renter's Paradise and meeting Gigi Zinn, and wow was that a mistake not going to her right away! I called her on a Friday and she promised me by Monday I would have a place, and she did exactly that, even with all my detailed specifications I gave her! Gigi not only eased my stress of looking for a place, but she made it fun! She found me the most GORGEOUS apartment I could have asked for! Way beyond my expectations! I've been here a week now and I absolutely LOVE it here! She even called me to make sure I love it! I would highly recommend Gigi at Renter's Paradise to anyone looking for an apartment in the area! I couldn't have found a better realtor, who cares so much about every detail and has such a great personality! I will definitely return to her in the future knowing that she will find me something perfect! more

Renter's Paradise North Miami 12/16/2011

This is my second time using Renter's Paradise and this time has been a real success! I have been working with Gigi and she has gone over and beyond my expectations of a realtor. She completely smoothed out what could have been a HUGE disaster, and I would recommend anyone looking for the ""right"" place, to go and check out these folks! more

Well trying to fine the fight apt for me isn't easy. Looked all around but wasn't completly satisfied. Was on a short vacaction from ny to find that place. Well, a day before I leave back to nyc I see a name GIGI all over a lot of listings on the internet. So I decided to call her direct. The.same day I met GIGI I found the apt tha was right for me. I'm now living in the apt that GIGI found for me. Thanks GIGI! you made it easy for me to move back to miami with no headaches. more

Mission Accomplished! 10/3/2011

With the help of the amazing Gigi, we were able to accomplish the near impossible mission of arriving in Miami on Friday and securing a fabulous, reasonably priced apartment move in on Monday! I was a nervous wreck, but Gigi ""held my hand"" and placed my student son in a clean. safe location. I head back to New York with a sigh of relief. Thanks, Gigi more

Renters Paradise..great experience with Gigi 8/27/2011

We drove from Vrginia to Florida believing we had a condo lined up since this is what our first realtor told us and we also had a signed pre-contract lease. Turns out after we drove all that way and spent 3 nights in a hotel the owner decided to rent to someone else! We were in a bind. We found Renters Paradise and were lucky to have found Gigi Zinn. That day she found us a beautiful condo (nicer than the first one) and we were moved in within 2 days. She was professional, honest and worked hard to find us a place quickly. Thank you Gigi! more

Bad Place 8/17/2011

Really disappointed with service received over the weekend.\r \r Found a place that was disgusting and with a list of repairs. i were told everything on the list provided would be fixed and the unit was being cleaned. The Unit looked to have good bones so with a bit of care everything is fixable.\r \r we asked all the normal questions about noise, pest and so on and was told the apartment had solid walls with no noise and never had roaches. Everything was perfect and they were soooo busy that the unit was going to go fast! - so they said\r \r Friday were told they had to rush but everything was fixed so we came in on Saturday to close the deal.\r \r to make a long story short 5days later and still the A/C does not work, the noise from the stepping upstarts is horrible and the place is full of roaches and spiders. Needless to say it has been a nightmare to get any help. they take your money and run! do NOT give them any more business.\r \r all they have is overpriced crappy places that they promi more

AWESOME AGENT FROM RENTERS PARADISE REALTY 7/21/2011

My daughter and I wanted a three month rental on Collins ave and we used Nick from Renters Paradise. He was the best. We paid $850.00 per month for three months with no security deposit and get this it included the ac, electric and a kitchen dead smack on the ocean. I could walk down just a few steps to the beach. I was extremely grateful for the product and service that I had been provided. I could have been ripped off but they got me just what I needed. I did not have to pay $1500.00 when I didn more

GREAT SERVICE RENTAL OFFICE :) 7/20/2011

I rented an apartment from Renters Paradise and found the process to be highly effective. The office manager Lorraine presented to the landlord the shortcomings on my application in a way that made me seem like a good tenant to be. I was able to move in with 1 months rent and 1 months security deposit when I thought that my foreclosure would hamper me from even getting an apartment without having to put up an arm and a leg. Thank you Lorraine. She did a great job for me and would recommend her to all my friends. more

FRANCIS JACOB & RENTERS PARADISE = CRIMINALS, CROOKS, LIARS, THIEVES 6/3/2011

Francis Jacob and Renters Paradise are the most unethical, immoral, and unscrupulous business people of all time. DO NOT go to them for your PROPERTY MANAGEMENT needs. They will charge you for repairs that were never made, create false receipts or send you handwritten ones, treat your tenants poorly, and neglect your property needs so bad that you'll get citations for violating city codes. He ROBS both the property owners and TENANTS, so is making a killing on both ends. To make matters worse, when you call Francis Jacob to address your concerns, he will be extremely rude over the phone, refuse to answer most of your questions, and treat you as though you work for him, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. People, take my advice, YOU WILL HAVE YOUR MONEY STOLEN if you do business with these people. There are countless complaints about Renters Paradise surfacing, which SAYS A LOT about what's going on. more

Miami's Best Realitor 6/3/2011

Gigi is a wonderful and caring person and an even better realitor. While dealing with another un-named realitor it was taking way too long to get the place we wanted and even harder to get ahold of said realitor. Gigi stuck in until the end, until keys were in hand and did nothing short of her best to get me into the place that I wanted. Gigi always gave it to me straight and never beat around the bush and i appreciate that kind of Professionalism. more

Lack of Ethics and Scammers 5/4/2011

This people will tell you they have the property when they do not. Avoid dealing with Gigi. She showed me an apartment and got my $800.00 deposit to secure the apartment then she called me the day before I was supposed to move in to tell me the apartment is missing permits and I could not move in. more
