This place doesn't give a damn about anyone. I'm $200 away from paying off a television that cost near $2000 with their 100% interest, instead of establishing an agreement to wait...

AVOID AT ALL COST 5/23/2012

This place doesn't give a damn about anyone. I'm $200 away from paying off a television that cost near $2000 with their 100% interest, instead of establishing an agreement to waiting 4 days until i got paid to make a payment, they demanded I return the television, mind you we have been renting for a year 1/2 and have other items from them and have given them well over $5,000 so far -- no customer loyalty whatsoever!!!!!!! Today I called to make the payment and get my tv back.. after they took my payment they told me I can not have it back until i make another payment. I don't know anyone who would appreciate such dishonesty, neglect and disrespect. Once my items are paid off at the end of the month I will NEVER go to this place again and if I ever hear anyone mention they are considering it i will urge them to go elsewhere. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR WITS AND STAY AWAY FROM RENT-A-CENTER!!!! Pros: null Cons: null more
