Unsafe, rude, reckless and unprofessional drivers that are cool with going 50mph down your neighborhood street. Managers that act irritated when you complain about their drivers' unacceptable behavior. Avoid Reno-Sparks Cab if only because one less of their drivers on the road makes it safer for everyone else. more

Don't give these people more money! They are a horrible family. They lie, cheat & steal, use people and ruin lives. They think cause they are rich they can do anything. more

I am sorry to say that this cab company has all the faults of belonging to a small city like Reno with none of its benefits. In a small city, you would imagine that if you called for a cab, you'd get one within 10 mins. (which is their motto anyway) while in a big city, cabs come once-a-minute and you don't even have to call any number. With this cab co., make sure you have factored AT LEAST an hour before schedule: the cabs are ALWAYS about 15-20 minutes from calling time (Reno's traffic, anyone? a joke!); the cabs stink from cigarette smoke of either the drivers or previous passengers; all drivers work shifts on the car so they have zero interest in the car's cleanliness or general hygiene; and worst of all, whenever you call the company, they keep telling you the cab's almost there which usually means another ten minutes. Overall, one of the most disappointing services ever; you might be better off planning your day acc. to Reno's very good bus service or asking a friend for a ride, or hey, even walking! Finally, do NOT ever book with this cab co. if you want to catch a morning flight: you will miss your flight and have to pay cab fare to a grumpy feller who will blame the Company, the nation, the earth, the climate, the birds and bees, and basically, anything that will let him pass the buck. A lesson he has probably learned from this company! more

Aside from the drivers never, and I mean never saying thank you to 20% tips, I was awakened at 1:30am on a Monday morning to knocking and the doorbell ringing at my house. Some moron driver looking for his fare, no doubt. I looked out the window to see a Reno-Sparks cab driving away. That driver didn't care who he woke up! I called at 10:30am requesting an 11am pickup to be taken to the airport. At 11am one of their agents called and said that their scheduling system went down so they are running a little late, but she assured me that the ""cab would arrive momentarily."" I built in some padding into my schedule, so I waited. At 11:10, i called and asked the status of the cab. Again they reminded me that the system was down, but that the cab would arrive shortly. I asked if a specific cab has been dispatched and directed to me - she said ""yes, cab #519 is en route."" At 11:20, no cab, so I called again. I forced myself to remain polite knowing that getting upset would probably be counterproductive. I retold her the situation, and she put me on hold as she investigated the situation. at 11:25, while i was still on hold, the line was disconnected. I can't know if they intentionally hung up on me or there was a problem with the phone system. So I promptly called back multiple times, and they didn't pick up the phone. It was at this point that i was sure that this wasn't going to work out... I should have seen the writing on the wall. I called other cab companies, and due to my distance from the city center, they couldn't get cabs to my location for 20 minutes - which meant that I wouldn't make it in time for my flight. I missed my flight. The problem is not in the crash of their scheduling system - those types of things happen... it is the repeated misinformation that was the real disaster. If they told me at 11 or at 11:10 that it probably wasn't going to work out, then I would have been able to get an alternative. Not answering my subsequent calls was just icing on an already rotten cake. more

Called got reservation complete in 2 mins to a home address. Taxi arrived 3 minutes early very nice vehicle (plenty of head room) it was a X3 (box car) or the new Cube (unsure who make those) Very smooth driving .75 charge for using card, but was worth it as my fare was soooo cheap 16.50 for a ride to the airport ... a 15 ride on Hwy 395 Highly recommend Pros: Clean, GPS enabled / Taxi tracking, Arrive Early, Credit Cons: website, amounts of reviews (not their fault) more
