Did a great job! 10/22/2011

I had a bad skunk experience to deal with and these guys did there very best to help me out. They even ordered a special skunk smell remover just for me. The carpets looked great overall. Still some skunk smell, but, hey, it's so much better, I'm more than pleased. Very nice people to deal with. Average prices. more

1. Very pleasant to deal with. 8/28/2011

I have 3 teenagers and 2 of them are boys. They like to eat in the living room on the carpet, so there are spots. Renew Cleaning Co. comes out and cleans it really well. I use them at least once a year, and sometimes more if there is a larger spill. I have used them for many years now, maybe 4 or so, and I am really happy with them. They are pleasant when they come out, and they are on time. They also don't try to sell me anything. That is important, especially for a single mother, because I don't want to pay any more than what they say on the phone. I recommend them to people all the time more

Everything I could wish for in a cleaning company 8/10/2009

It was last minute Easter weekend and I had surprise house guest coming on Monday,. Josie set up an appointment on Saturday and was super helpful and professional. The results were amazing and my carpet looks new, no odor, were quick to dry, very reasonably priced, everything that you could wish for. They moved all my furniture and were super neat. Prompt, friendly, honest, they have variety of products and services to choose from, no pushy sales people they will provide you stritcly what you need as far as cleaning services. They removed the wine stain 100% and the stains never came back. Travertine looks renewed, matches your name perfectly. Did not sell me anything just came in did their job and I only received what I requested they truly stand out from any other company I hired before. Renew Carpet Cleaning is professional, on time, have the very best organic products, super friendly, honest and did a superb job on the windows, travertine and carpet. I highly recommend them.
