Small, eclectic, friendly 7/21/2006

Sure there are bigger stores nearby, but then again so is Wal-mart. But the atmosphere is less chaotic, and the help friendlier (and cuter!). Great afternoon browse for odd books, eclectic videos, and vinyl from all eras. Not a shop for top40 shoppers and that's a BIG plus! more

I wouldn't recommend this place. Especially considering that Charlemagne Records is just down the street. This place has a few interesting things, so you might want to drop by just to browse, but I wouldn't want to buy anything there. If you're looking for something particular and can't find it anywhere else, go to Charlemagne's and they'll order it for you; this place isn't very helpful. The staff is friendly enough, but it just doesn't make it worth it. more
