Sorry, this 'luxery' hotel is not! Rooms are old looking no matter what furniture they stuck in there. Our view was horrible! We got to see trains, and a driving range for golfers, and oh! the air conditioners for this thing. Complimentary use of bathrobes is advertised, but didn't happen. We had to ask for housekeeping which didn't come until around 2:30. The bathroom door obstructs the bathtub. There was no coffee maker, just coffee packages. While the staff all appeared to be efficient on the surface, the overall rating is not good. The best thing about this place? The beautiful 7,200 piece crystal chandelier...which needed cleaning.
