Tranquil 3/6/2012

Prices are affordable and the spa has a tranquil atmosphere. The facialist was sweet and had very gentle hands. I'm coming back in 2 weeks for a massage! more

Outsatnding servive and amazing decor! 12/18/2011

My experience at Renaissance was excellent!! The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable! The entire process form reservations to services was a treat that I look forward to again in the near future! My massage was awesome and a true relaxing and rewarding experience!!! more

Relaxing Transformation 6/8/2011

I recently visited the Renaissance Day Spa, they just renovated and the new design is so relaxing and serene. And as always the service was outstanding. Nice to have such a find here in our area. more

Not the best 11/12/2008

I got a gift certificate here from my husband for my birthday and was excited to go and try it out. I love spa and getting all different treatments, but I was disappointed with the services here. The girls doing the services were nice enough but I thought they lacked quality. The manicure was good but facial and massage were not so great. The massage therapist talked the whole time and I just wanted to relax and the facial didn't leave my skin any different then when I walked in. The whole experience was ok just not great. I will try somewhere else next time. Pros: Good Manicures, plenty of parking, clean Cons: Atmosphere was inviting, staff not prepared more

Excellent Spa 3/2/2008

Renaissance Day Spa is one of the best spas in the area. Staff is very, very friendly and kind. Customer Service is #1 here. My husband and I received a pedicure here, and it was excellent. They made my husband feel like, he was the only one there. It was great. The prices are right and the atmosphere wonderful. They offered us wine, dinner reservations at nearby restaurants if we wanted, gave us cards with 10% off our next service. Just absoultely wonderful. They have many wonderful services. It is just a tad small in their space, but you barely notice. You are treated like Gold here. more

The Best Spa Ever 11/29/2007

I have finally found a place to call home! This spa has the most knowledgable, service oriented, caregiving people I have ever encountered. The atmosphere is calm, quiet, soothing, relaxing and you are treated like royalty every step of the way. The front desk people treat you like gold. The services like massage and facials are the best I have ever had and I have had a lot of both. This spa from the phone call to get my appointment up until I left is the very best ever. I'm going to buy everyone I know a gift card for their birthday. Pros: Clean, Quiet, Calm, Relaxing, Knowledgable Staff, Best Massage & Facial more

The most relaxing day of my life! 2/8/2007

I had the most wonderful experience at the Renaissance Day Spa. Everyone at the establishment was professional and accomodating to my needs. The staff is polite and truly cares about every client that walks in the door. I received a facial, massage, pedicure, and manicure and all were the best I have received comparing to any other place I have visited! The owners are truly the some of the nicest people I have met in any business situation. more

Awful Experience 9/13/2005

I have gone to Renaissance Day Spa only twice. Both times I was treated very poorly. The staff was rude, condescending and unprofessional. The management was even worse. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. The management would not honor their own gift certificate! This is not the place to paper yourself. The experiences made me queasy and aggrivated. PROS: None CONS: Too many to list. more
